Personal Growth Series
Self-Care is an inside job AND it helps to have someone walk next to you. This is an interactive series presented in webinars with personal growth content to work through in your own time.
It is all about us helping you to “take care of you”.
These sessions will be presented in the format of an evening webinar with follow up self-paced content to work through before the next time we meet. Small steps often is our motto and this series is no different.
The purpose is self-development and personal growth which will support you to live a more ease filled and self-caring life.
This series is only available if you belong to our Well-being community. Click the link below to join us.
In 2019 a three-part series Resourcing will be presented.
This topic will explore the concepts of a resourced nervous system, your body budget, reflecting on what or who asks you to expend your energy, what fills you up, diving deeper into noticing what is happening in your body on a sensory level and, most importantly, practical and experiential learning to support an internal shift.
The aim is to shift your perception on how and where you resource; which makes all the difference.
There will be three sessions in this series presented on the following dates:
These three session are FREE for everyone because we want to share this goodness and give you an experience of what we are creating as part of our well-being community!
- Monday, 28th October
- Wednesday, 20th November
