We have created this to support you to create time just for you, to take a breath, a pause and turn your focus to a self-care time in.
These are pre-recorded sessions here to help you feel rejuvenated and find your center. They may include mindfulness exercises, meditations, visualisations, breath work, movement or creativity.
These are pre-recorded sessions so there is no preparation needed and you can access the content any time which suits you after the release date. We gently guide you through a process to shift you into a more centered state.
