October 2019 - De-stress visualisation practice

In this session of Fill you Cup we invite you to make some time for yourself. Time to listen to the audios provided in the resources lecture for today's session.

The intention of these audios is to begin to deepen your awareness and noticing of the sensations in your body. Through this process you will unwind some of the stress and tension which may be present in you at this time of the year.

We have created each audio with different lengths so you can find one that suites the available time you have for the practice. Choose the one which fits into your schedule.

That being said .... over the month to come, we would recommend doing them all. They are each very different. So find the one you like best and save it to your mobile device so you have it handy whenever you need it.
