Before you Begin . . .

Remember it is really important to notice how you feel in your life, right now. What feels good? What feels out of balance? What you would like to change?

You cannot make a change if you are not aware.

And this is not a judgement thing. It is simply an opportunity to notice. With an awareness of how you feel and what you notice, you have a choice point.

Once you know where things are you can step towards changing them.

Self-Care: Resourcing Yourself

This topic will explore the concepts of a resourced nervous system, your body budget, reflecting on what or who asks you to expend your energy, what fills you up, diving deeper into noticing what is happening in your body on a sensory level and, most importantly, practical and experiential learning to support an internal shift.

The aim is to shift your perception on how and where you resource; which makes all the difference. This sets a great foundation for what is offered in 2020.
